30 Day Return Policy
If you need to return an item please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. In the issue of a warranty claim, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Buyer pays for shipping the item back before the replacement will be shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges of warranty replacement.

*If the items are not brand new in the box, the 30 day return policy is void, we will not accept the return.
* IF THE SPEAKERS AND OR AMPLIFIERS HAVE BEEN MOUNTED, THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY IS VOID.

FREE SHIPPING TO THE UPPER 48 STATES!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations without a shipping upcharge.
Warranty for TRU SPEC BOXES
1 year - limited warranty on all TRU SPEC Boxes and other MDF products.
Warranty is valid only if the product was purchased NEW from Truspecaudio.com or any authorized dealer. Original order number and contact information will need to be provided for warranty consideration.
Warranty is void if the following conditions occur:
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
- Damage through negligence or abuse.
- Products with tampered or missing barcode labels and serial numbers.
Items not covered under warranty:
- Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
- Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
- Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
- Return shipping on non-defective items.
